Lynnette was instrumental in the creation of Mo'asher, Dubai's inaugural Official House Price Index, in collaboration with the Dubai Land Department. This groundbreaking initiative elevated Dubai from the 40th to the 36th position in JLL's Global Real Estate Market Transparency Index 2020, setting a new standard for transparency in the MENA region's real estate market.
